I think Agoracom will remain intact for quite some time, investigations are a lengthy process. Hang in there, keep posting, try to remember this has been in the works since last fall, and we still have a forum.

If by chance, in time, we have to move then there are a few other free sites we can gather...until then focus on Spider.

I think part of the whole ordeal could also have been agora trying to get the site established, adding thousands of posts to create dialogue, debate...however we all know lines were crossed and we lost some very reputable contributors. (angry ones at that)

Just stay put until this all settles...we may not be going anywhere.
