Shorelines of lakes and rivers are the traditional lands of the FN in this area. The FN used the waterways for travel. The exploration co's can do anything they want in the swamps, the FN didn't use them but on shorelines its best to check first, just common sense.

Eli is very outspoken and will sieze any opourtunity to advance his communities position. The FN want economic development but not at any cost.

A simple rule of thumb for this area is if it is beside a waterway ask an elder before you chop a tree or dig a hole. This sounds like an inconvience but this area is 90% swamp/bog you have millions of hectares to choose from.
