I must agree totally. Spokespeople for companies must realize the enormous responsibility that is upon them. Personal feelings about these issues must be put aside and the pride needs to go in the back pocket. To first apologise and then reverse it with a dumb comment is like a cow giving a good pail of milk... then stepping in it. Except the comments could also effect our shareholders' pockets.
