I just don't get the 10:1. Why not just a 2:1. That would be much more sellable and reasonable to be in the same ballpark as NOT.

If they don't like being diluted this far they why did they let it? This again speaks to some poor managment in this area and thanks for showing Neil's recent selling... I wonder if any others are??

Until I see some better explaination from SQP I'm going the same route as we did last time!!
