The problem with the AGM is that if there is anything material that is going to be officially discussed there, they have to give proper notice in advance. I believe the latest date for that notice has passed.

I am in favor of a buyin by Agnico Eagle for a 25% stake (12.5mill shares @2.00/share) immediately after the R/S takes effect.
