Could SPQ and KWG spin off only their interest in Big Daddy into a combined new entity? Well, I think that the majority of SPQ might agree to it. But many retail investors think that KWG is now controlled by CLIFFS, (they own 19.99% stock and have BOD members), so I can't see KWG passing a vote on this one!
