Even with all you note - why then is a reverse split necessary? The market obviously smells something it does not like as the last two days show. Why the RS now? Why not let us see the N43-101 first - let us see what they see as to why this is so necessary?

It is simply ridiculous for them to have done this in a) a down market and b) before releasing the N43-101; and c) other material information that would be important for us as shareholders to know.

I am sorry but I am not impressed by what this team has done. If they are working for our best interests then the time has come to let us in on what's happening. They will not get one vote from me - I am disgusted that they lost the momentum we had been building over the last 6 months. We are now entering a typical yearly low point for mining stocks and what they have done is given us a kick for added measure.
