Sorry folks but I do not see this as anything other then another attempt of shortchanging the retail investor. They got the goods - but instead of releasing the latest news on their N43-101 document they send out this reverse split concept. Why? Obviously they were not interested in our stock gaining altitude - they want the price down so we all would vote with their program.

I have been shafted too many times to accept this at face value - their concept of "best interests" is nothing but their own self interest.

Sorry to be such a downer on this but that is how I see it - they plan further private placements which is only further dilution and that leaves us doing the heavy lifting for others. No - this is simply unacceptable - but the reality of investors being used, abused, and then discarded.
