From what I understand... the logic behind an RS is either to increase the SP so that the company can be listed on a better exchange such as the TSE instead of the TSX or to reduce the number of outstanding shares so control is easier to obtain. Increasing the SP should attract the bigger investors but it will also raise the SP above the minimum requirements for investment by the funds etc. Decreasing the number of shares may make it more appealing to a larger investor.

So in my mind it appears that NN is trying to reduce the volatility of the Stock and de-risk it so that the large houses will throw some coin at it and NN can continue along the lines of independent entrepeneurship and also achieve his goal of getting the deposit proven up...it all takes time and money...

I'm holding...not bailing...can't make an informed decision until the 43-101 is out which should be soon. Good luck to all you longs.
