IMO, Neil should do what Mac should have done with the Blackthor, spin out those Big Daddy Claims into subsidiary company of SPQ, issue out to the shareholders and when the time comes to fruition, deal on those claims "only" with Cliffs and move on and explore the vast remaining waters as that is by and large the business end of what's currently on the market, certainly Cliffs can not be interested in the so called "moose pasture" as some put it.
