CLF's will not make a move untill the 43-101 is released, they need the official numbers to keep their shareholders happy. Spending hundreds of millions of dollars on a property without a 43-101 even if you are privy to the numbers is a death sentence for a CEO and BOD.

CLF's is not foolish, they will come at SPQ with a lowball bid hoping scared retail will sell out fast. It happened with FWR I hope history will not repeat itself with SPQ.
