If a 10-1 R/S is taken at the moment our sp being .115 would be 1.15.

The chances of our sp at the moment going from .115 to 1.15 are rather good with a amazing 43-101. The chances of our sp going from 1.15 to 11.50 on an amazing 43-101 are nil. When talking large dollars for shares many are eliminated from the market. I know I would never invest 11.50 in a jr how about you? (NOT ring a bell)

This R/S will only damage our sp and put the screws to many small retail investors. The other fear I have is after the R/S a large pp will be taken out by NN and the BOD reducing shareholder value even more. I am still waiting for a return phone call regarding all the outstanding cheap warrants held by NN and the BOD and how they will be treated if a R/S should take place. I'll try calling again but all I get is the answering machine.
