An independent qualified person (IQP) from MICON is working on the 43-101.

When in draft form the 43-101 needs to be reviewed by the three JV partners (SPQ, KWG, & Cliffs); the three JV partners review the draft and provide input; and the IQP takes that input and reworks the draft. This process can go on for a number of iterations.

The completed 43-101 with sign-offs by all three parties will be made available to all shareholders once complete. Not before.

None of the JV partners can force the IDQ to go any faster, and are not in control of when it is published and put up on SEDAR.

Neil Novak was hoping for its arrival in mid-April. Clearly that has not happened, and he has no control over when it will.

Send as many emails to as many authorities as you want. It will not make anything happen any faster.
