Considering those 2 facts :

* If NORONT had the money for FWR at the end of last year

* If SPQ could be mined more economically than FWR

One question is on my head since your post :

Why NOT is not launching a low ball takeover bid for SPQ ?

FACE : SPQ Shareholders win and NOT win a chromite mine that could be mined more economicaly than FWR at a better price paid by Cliff . Everybody know CLF made a steal...

TAIL : Bidding war between NOT vs CLF or others.... SPQ Shareholders win and NOT win, it will accelerate railways to James Bay Lowlands, and considerations to the district.
