I live just West of Toronto and unless my package is waiting in my mail when I get home tonight from work, I have not received anything as yet. I did just speak with Steven Nguyen at Equity and IF you want to receive your control number to be able to vote ON LINE, you need to send him an email advising the following:

The name on your account

The number of shares held that you can vote as of the April 19 record date

Your full home address

Request that you wish to receive your control number by email so you may vote on line!

I got an email back from him in 10 minutes!
