Rather than see it degenerate to a pissing match, Happy, why not give an analysis of what you are saying. As it stands you seem to be stating that the BOD arranged for someone to spend millions to drive the price up to 15 cents so everyone would sell, and they would be assured of the amalgamation succeeding, and now they are selling them off in a fire sale as they no longer need them???????
