I just got off the phone with Mr. Roberts after about a 45 minute conversation. He has decided not to run for the BOD of SPQ and will not be at the AGM. The circular had been sent out before he made his final decision. SPQ has lost an honest man in my opinion.

He is against the current reverse split because there is no reason for it. If a solid plan was there he might reconsider, and so would I.

SPQ does not have any trouble raising capital because they are sitting on a world class deposit so why do a R/S.

There will be a R/S of 10 to 1 if the motion passes no doubt, soon after the vote.

I am however more convinced than ever that the BD deposit will be the first deposit developed by CLF's.
