I think the information pakage that came with the Proxy sheet explained the possible advantages very well.

You just have to decide if you have faith in the BOD and whether you think this may be a good thing for SPQ at this time. I decided that the BOD has got us to this point and we may not go much further if we don't have financing so give them the opportunity to make us a "dollar" stock instead of a "penny" stock and we may see more institutional and/or major player interest in our holdings within the ROF.

Venture stocks are all about taking a risk and I am willing to give the board the power to make a R/S decision this year if they deem it advisable for SPQ's future.
