and a potential rs getting us only to .85c, nn still can't attract those 'funds/people' who can only buy stocks priced at a $1.00. and those are hte peolpe he's after!!

so we'll watch spq have tremendous shorting pressure to see it go back to .10c at which time nn can propose a badly needed rs(price will then be $1.00 or .85c, darn misseed that dollar again!!) to be used only if the company needs it, and also propose a pp and let's throw in some stock options for the bod since they've worked diligently on our behalf with very little in the way of $$$$$ to show for their hard work.
