these are things I am wondering about

how this reverse split could have benefitted anyone other than those who had already sold their shares before the split. i would assume that if it had gone through the company would have done a private placement and issued more shares which would dilute the stock and caused it to go south so how can any present shareholder be in favor of such a split. i am not at all knowledgeable in these matters but it would seem to me that no shareholder would want this to happen.

also if the jv partners want more money for future plans and we can't deliver does our percentage of the find decrease, i hope not
