As far as SPQ, I dont think it will see production as a full partner. It does not have the technicals to do it, money, expertise or will. It will probably end up as feed for CLF, or another major who can joint venture with CLF. Kwg will be the company oporating the mine through CANADA CHROME, and again I expect this to be split off and kwg to continue drilling in the area. They do not pose a problem to any major.

Spq has a big bulls eye on their back and if Neil is as smart as a lot think he is he will hire someone to help protect the value. Some who know how to negotiate.
