Weird indirect way to announce a takeover bid. And weird also that the Cliffs nominee resigns only a few days following the AGM. The takeover bid was certianly in the air before the Meeting... Unless the Bid is from someone else, which I don't believe. I would not be surprise if the Bid also is addressed to Spider... Fun week ahead! GLTA. BaBe.
