In business terms this is "gun to the head". GL to all and I will watch from the sidelines and get out at $.12. It will trade higher no doubt in days to come as jockying unfolds but its like putting an offer in on two homes side by side when you actually want and need only one of them. Who is more motivated to sell and who wants out more? Either offer can be withdrawn at any time. The prededing is very simply my own personal decision and opinion, do your own DD.
