Hoov you are right with the observation that the decrease in share price is attributable to general market conditions, however the anouncement of a R/S also impacted, telling people your worried about the company does nothing to reassure them.

I was not surprised by the recent offer from clifs. We have been expecting it for months. It is just ubfortunate (for us) that it came at this low sh price time. Just excellent business accumen on Clifs part.

How do we increase shareholder value at this point? The posture taken by Clifs is that SPQ and KWG other assets are not valuable, that BIG DADDY is not as large and rich as the Blacks they got with FWR, and QUC and Cash and yadayadayada.

Should that be the case then they wont mind if SPQ / KWG dividend the rest to the shareholders and allow us to keep Debut and Canada Chrome and Iron ore properties.

What the hell we should do a friendly takeover and amalgamate SPQ KWG. about the same size I guess but worth more together.
