I think the faster KWG/SPQ get to their shareholders to ask for approval to consider a merger the better for all retail shareholders.

I know there are regulations,etc,etc as to what is asked and how but a 1 liner would be fine with me.

Direct the BOD of SPQ and KWG to investigate and recommend a mreger of the two companies. FOR _____ AGAINST ____
