I would love to see us run out of .13 shs so that the price can run up a little. CLIFF had to know the offer was not going to fly. They would have known that just from the fact no one officially responded to the offer on behalf of the companies. This merger discussion has the effect of showing CLIFF's a canon that clf must have been aware off. What will be the next move. 03c more? and a directorship for Smeenk and NN?

best to watch carefully. Rooms have been booked for back room deals TOO MUCH AT STAKE to take too lightly. Mr BOOR has opened the door and let the cat out.
