a ridiculous offer to the shareholders and eventually took/stole the company. some say pillage and raped. my opinion

cliffs reiterated how decent their offer was and expected the shareholders to tender/sell their shares.

then several months later, analysts come out saying what a coup was pulled off by cliffs and how they enriched their shareholders. cliffs even found new numbers which were much more to the truth in evaluating fwr's potential!! cliffs even gloated at the acquisition. tough for all

now cliffs comes out with similar drivel saying how fair their offer of .13c canadian is(my computer says .14c today but is perhaps an error). there is no doubt that if we all capitulate like lemmings and sell to cliffs at .13(is it not .14 today?) that cliffs and their analysts will come out several months later with new numbers showing what a coup has been made again against another company in the rof, saying that in actual fact, spq/kwg is worth $1. 40 to cliffs and their shareholders will again revel in the business acumen of the cliffs bod!!!!

so beware. this is a first class find and should be treated as such.
