Good morning Glee

I would have to think that the date of record would need to be the trading day before the Halt was issued.

It wouldn't make sense to use a date afterward as well over 30 million shares were exchanged and one would think that some of those would be in less than freindly hands.

I have no knowledge, but am just surmizing as any other scenerio would lose the control factor.

any thoughts on this?
