Noront doesn't have enough cash to buy a combined SPQ/KWG, by any stretch of the imagination.

However, it would be interesting to hear comments about the possibility of another NOT/KWG merger, the same style as the current KWG/SPQ merger, a few months down the road once the existing proposed merger is dealt with (assuming that it actually happens).
