This is close to what we had amonth ago.

If KWG offer is equivqlent to .18c what is the market saying?

Obvious!! Kwg and Spq are going in as equals. or Unless the final partnership includes a consolidation of shares the deal may not be completed. SPQ and KWG have the perfect op to reduce the float. I hope the boards are listening.
