I've seen some posts stating $5, that would make me a millionaire, and I don't even have that many shares... so yeah would be nice, but not likely, at all.

Cliffs market cap is currently 7 billion, so they certainly are not going to offer 5 billion for KWG/SPQ, which is what a $5 offer would be.
I really would like to hear what people think is a fair value, obviously 13 cents is not fair, but $5 isn't realistic either.
Any thoughts?
