"I am certain CLF probably knows 25 cents will also be voted down by us retail shareholder"
A nice thought, but will it hold water. I can foresee 3 steps in getting the offer up to .25. This .13 offer was good enough for 40m+ shares to trade hands in 2 days. An offer of .18 would likely bring another 100m out, and a further offer of .25 would double that again. In my personal case, I would be sorely tempted at .25, even though I went thru the FWR fiasco and left a lot of money on the table there.
Much has been written here about a minimum of 1.00, or 2.00, and even 5.00, but my suggestion is for no one to spend any of this profit they are counting on until the cheque is in hand. Even my discussion of .18 or .25 is just pie in the sky at this point. We haven't even seen the formal offer of .13, and may never.
I do have a few brochures of new GMC pickups on my desk though.
Best regards
