Opinions like this are easy to come up with, but how about some logic to go with it.

I see NOT with a deflated market cap of less than 250m. The only way NOT could make a bid for these guys is with a stock offer. In order for NOT to make a .25 offer they would have to dilute themselves by better than 100%. Just ain't gonna happen.
