Yes it is crazy to say Cliffs has no morals. If I were a Cliffs shareholder I would be very pleased they are trying to close this deal at as little cost as possible. That would be exactly what any shareholder would expect of their management.

By the same token we expect our management to get us the most they can for Big Daddy. Both teams are playing the game to their best advantage. At some point the game will end and we hope the score looks different than it does today.

To this end I would like to see the final 43-101 the middle of June, preferably sooner.

An announcement on more drilling to ascertain the depth etc.

A date to vote on the Merger.

And if Santa is out there somewhere, an unexpected offer from another company.
