Like many folks out there I am totally disgusted with Cliffs; they used legal means to separate us from our FRW shares, and they bragged about the billions it would add to their coffers. Now they are doing the same thing with SPQ/KWG.

I wonder if there is some legal way to challenge them? Does not the Charter of Rights give me the right to refuse to be muscled out of property I bought and paid for? Can we not sue them based on their statements that the FRW offer was fair followed by their post deal crowing about the killing they made at our expense?

Am I totally out of my mind to suggest there my be laws that protect the little guy fom vultures like this?

If anyone out there has any suggestions, I would love to hear them.
