It clear that the majority of the posters share the opinion that .13 is way too low, and that the merger is a good response to CLF.
Don't know what percentage of SPQ is held by the regulars of this forum; but clearly they represent a good cross section because the general mood on this forum was against the RS...and the RS was voted down.
...and so, the bottom line is that it is a total waste of time jumping into this forum and promoting the .13 ceiling. FWR sold for a dollar (I understand the difference) and that was BEFORE the throne speech and the recent economic numbers for North America.
Forget .13, lets move on. Most of us understand the significance of these resources.
