You need to think things out better; you're not a very valuable asset to your employer and/or your agenda at the present. Keep working on it, though, there are plenty of good examples on stock message boards, really, lots and lots. Borrow a style and make it your own. Soon you'll be fooling people left and right, and you'll feel a lot better about yourself. But start by thinking things out clearly.
