If the share price goes up just a couple of more cents it may be enough for the greed factor to kick in (to put it crudely)and for people to expect a much higher share price than they have been when the activity was lower.

The announcement by Noront today isn't going to help Cliffs at all....nor is the announcement of Cliff's acquisition of SPQ shares today...all of this is just going to raise expectations for SPQ/KWG.
