Cliffs has 27,434,500 Common Shares of SPQ, plus what they own of KWG. Couldn't that pretty much get Cliffs the leverage it needs to vote against a merger between SPQ/KWG because that large number of votes would be against a merger ?

If that's true, and Cliffs can do this, it sounds almost unethical, doesn't it ? And if it is true, then we really need to stick together on this one and make sure the 2 become 1. We need to get excited about our cause, make sure we get everyone inspired to vote for the merger, because you know Cliffs will be inspired to vote against it.

Kinda like a bully getting caught attempting to start beating someone up in the schoolyard, so he then decides to wait till that kid walks into a dark alley, only to eventually beat him up in the end. Hopefully the victim see it coming and is a little bit prepared when he enters the alley.
