Good afternoon Shaquille, just a few points, did you ask Chris if any contracts or deals that were previously made between CLF and KWG would remain intact, or would new contracts have to be re-negotiated? Secondly, what would the new company be worth when all diluted outstanding shares have been amalgamated between the two? Thirdly, how many PP's would be required to raise enough money to fully fund the infrastrure, further diluting the new company, where our hard earned money would slowly dissappear to only benefit CLF. IMHO, There are many important unanswered questions. Does CLF know the answers to these question? YOU BET THEY DO? I am sure these anwers shall be communicated to CLF'S shareholded imediately after the vote. The one thing that cannot be erased from my mind was how much CLF bragged to their shareholders on their accomplishment on stealing FWR. Amazingly enough going as far as telling the world they have enough Chromium for the next 100 years. Did they tell you this during the bidding process or after? The same game is being played here ladies and gents, "History repeats itself and of course a fox may change its coat but not its ways" If CLF wins SPQ, I will not be surprised to find out that Big Daddy's value shall surpass that of FWR's.
If any of you were at SPQ's most recent RS shareholders meeting, JD put it nicely to Neil Novac, 'We retail SPQ shareholder's are not interested in spending our money towards building the infrastrure for the ROF, our solely interest is to SELL our Chromium to the highest bidder and move on" I would have to agree with JD.
Exciting Times Ahead.
