Attaboy, Snug. We've been waiting for you to check in here with your thoughts.

Everyone here has to just take a big breath and then relax. These are just games being played between some very astute personalities.

CLF will not present KWG with any offer until KWG has the independant study done on their worth. By virtue of their 20% holding, it is the law. When they own 20% and intend to make an offer, KWG is forced to get this independant study done. I believe this will also effect their ability to enact the SRP once the study is complete. Whatever the study fixes our value at, CLF will probably add a penny or two per share and it will be in the bag.

Until that time, CLF is continuing with this .13 offer for SPQ, and any shares they pick up now is just that many less they have to pay more for in the near future.
