Thanks Snug! Your personal involvment with Neil is really a plus for all of us.

It would be interesting to have Neil's tought about the outcome of the vote to come in July. 2/3 is a lot of shares... And given the actual 'penny-level' SP, and the heavy float, not many Instos maybe in to bind their votes. A RS to make the SP over 1$ could have been usuful to help Spider attracting large investors in the present circumstances...
