Why? No KWG shareholders vote required on the merger (more precisely, KWG Resources Inc will vote as the sole shareholder of xxxxxxx Canada Inc, the KWG's subsidiary that will merge with Spider).

I would be more concerned at share movement on SPQ side. 2\3 of the float is quite a lot of shares. I expect the vote to be tight... Hope we didn,t need the JeDI's VvOTeS LLOOLL LOL LLLLOLO...
