as spider announces their plans(such as yesterday's) and the 'world' sees that they are intent on the merger and getting a fair price, that the share price will increase.

i assume we would have to wait a bit for that price rise until the evaluations by independent companies are done?

since i have waited for a loooong time, a further wait is ok.(sort of ok)(maybe)(not really but what's a guy/girl to do?)
