What if this halt is nothing to do about the merger? What if this halt is more about a discovery or results or drilling activity? I am not saying that this is the case, but given the TD has been brought in to help with the evaluation, and that KWG is not halted, then perhaps they (TD) believe it prudent to up the anti by making information open to those that has been previously only for insiders. Let me be clear, that I am only thinking our my left hemisphere this morning and that is just me musing and nothing more. But I do wonder. What and/why would SPQ halt? That is the question.
