Can you please clarify what you meant by saying " Spider BoD did not say Cliffs proposal is a superior proposal. The Board said that,upon legal advice."

Which Board are you referring to ? Your statement refers to BoD and Board ? If spider BoD said it,upon legal advice,then they said it period,IMO.
