Wouldnt be surprised to see Cliffs friends sacrife a couple million shares just to instill more doubt. All is fair in love and war. Doubt could loosen a few extra million shares for the taking. that would be the suspisciouse side of me talking. The rational side would just say someone needs to pay property taxes or the deposit on the condo they are to buy when this deal is finalised .
