It seems like FWR story number 2, if KWG will not raise offer then sorry to tell you but this deal is done, they need only 50,1% votes as I read into this saga. Sometimes we must be objective. KWG is actually on the move, since they know that sp will drop if they don't raise offer I hope that they will find some solution to this.
