I believe that nothing will happen on Monday with regards to KWG coming back with an offer.

I also believe that Spider Resources will forge ahead with the proposed merger with KWG.

Should SPQ shareholders vote YES, it is my understanding that Cliffs will have 9% of the outstanding shares of the new company.

My question is: What will Cliffs 9% be worth in capitalized CDN$$$? A $100 million? $200 million? An assumption will have to be made with regards to the share price of the new company. And the total number of outstanding shares. Any ideas? Any smart mathematicians out there?

Would this be of concern to Cliffs? Could someone come along and buy out their paltry 9%?

I may be out in left field on all of this. Just wondering.
