Cliff's "LOGIC" is if you can steal it in the daytime-- do it (you dont have to pay overtime that way), If you cant steal it in the daytime try the weekend when they are away. Then if you still cant steal it, smash it make it worthless and lowball it... and if that doesn't work send a couple letters tell the owners that really this is what it is worth, this is my absolute almost final offer, i dont really need to control the area.
